Based now on our transfer activity think we will finish between 12th and 16th. Think the season will pan out fairly like last season, we will pull a few good performances against the top teams, gain enough points against expected teams and have a few stinky performances along the way, particularly where we fluff our chances in front of goal. Might go further in the Cups, altho Man Ure away will be a tough game. Don't think we will have such an alarming dip in form as we had mid way last though.

We have a very strong core and if the strikers can find the back of the net I’m confident of finishing in the TOP 10

It all depends on Franca. If he shows up before Christmas and is half as good as trumpeted then top 10 is realistic.

If he is a no show or just not ready then we are relying massively on Eze and Olise and we have not replaced 14 goals per season Zaha.

Eddy may well provide them on todays showing. We had 11 shots on target today, best since first season in prem.

Man City, Arsenal, Man UTD, Liverpool, Spurs, West Ham, Brighton, Villa that is 8 teams already plus put in Newcastle and Chelsea makes 10 teams. Brentford are also decent even without Toney they are not doing bad. Just shows top 10 is unlikely. But you never know it depends on how well Palace can do. Goalkeeping and defence is not bad. Just full backs could be issue. If Mitchell gets injured plus not having an attacking RB e.g. Sacha Boey who Palace were linked with.

I think it depends on Edouard and Mateta. If Palace can get 20+ EPL goals between both of them then they could have a very good season. Edouard's top EPL season is 6 goals and 3 assists. For Mateta it is 5 goals and 1 assist (EPL). 20 EPL goals between these two is not impossible with Eze, Franca and Olise in your side you will get goal chances.

13th. But hoping for better.
Can't realistically be any higher. For a team with a 'very organised defence' we ship a lot of goals. It's only luck that we score more than the opposition.
Without Eze, we'd be 16th.

People predicting 10th or higher need to take a look at the teams in the table. There are not 10 teams we're likely to finish above. We'd be doing well to be 11th or 12th. 13th, 14th looks realistic.
