Tickets now on sale, apparently. However I was told I don't have the correct permissions on my account. Yet I am a season ticket holder with 7726 points. Anyone know how I get "the correct permissions"?
And I bought the £50 membership too.

Tx for the info and confusion so far.
The website indicates Thursday where supporters can purchase an additional ticket.

However I am not a member of any sort due to living in Cornwall.
I've tried the ticket office (long hold then nothing) so I am left not knowing how to proceed.

Any ideas ( or offers ? ).

I am also a Palace fan living in Plymouth.
Spoke to nice lady on the phone and no way of getting ticket at the Palace end without a membership!
