I suppose if we shipped out Mateta, would Moura be a better option ? Maybe won't have the physical presence but should be better technically. Can he stay fit though ?

I don't recognise any interest in Lucas Moura.

On reasonable wages, I'd be ok with picking him up on a 2 year deal. Especially if it means that we free up some transfer money for Gyokeres. We need a blend of youth and experience, and whilst he wont have any sell on fee, we wont need to buy him.

Another rumour, which could happen simply because Moura is a free agent and the media link club with limited funds to free transfers.

Even if we did resign Wilf, I still think the squad is short of a winger. If Zaha or Olise pick up an injury, Ayew plays by default. There isn't another convincing option... Schlupp? Signing Moura on a relatively short deal would allow for Rak-Sakyi to do a year in the Championship.

Moura has had an injury hit season but he is pure class - perfect temp replacement for Wilf, he's not going top 6, Wolves and Newcastle are interested, we could get him - and we should imho.

I like him, always looks lively, considering how ordinary spurs can look I’m surprised he wasn’t first choice. Even when we beat them 3-0 at selhurst, he looked the only one who was interested and was their only threat
