BBBC2 has a pretty cute presenter this morning. God knows who she is or what she has to do with snooker however.

For some reason I can't stand McGill. He'll probably win the whole thing now that I've said it. He just has one of those faces. In all fairness, a few snooker players do. Murphy springs to mind.

Belgium player Brecel 15-10 up needs 3 frames to be first ever Belgium player and mainland European player to win, great final with Mark Selby getting a maximum in last night's session.

Since that session against Ronnie, he's barely looked back. It looks his to win now but Selby will likely go down fighting at the very least.

I'm rooting for Brecel, he looks very composed considering it's his first Crucible final.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

Brecel had A great comeback in his semi final match, got to feel sorry for Kyren Wilson having his maximum break prize money shared, He was probably hoping for Selby to miss a ball, run out of position or a stop oil protester to plaster the table with paint.

Congrats to Brecel. Will hopefully grow the game somewhere else other than China.

It was a wonderful win by Brecel, he remained cool and calm throughout, despite having to sit there and watch Selby make a maximum break. I am delighted Brecel won and hope we see more of him in future matches. Some of his shots were remarkable and he plays with verve which is refreshing. In my days of playing snooker I don't think I ever strung more than 3 shots together. These blokes make it look so easy.

I remember it to this day. The four balls just sailed in almost as though it was a dream.
