Think Roy may have a few selection problems, one of which is whether to play Dacoure or not, he has amassed 9 yellows and Saturdays game is the last game where he could pick up a 2 match ban, so does he rest him for Wolves especially as someone has mentioned that it could be a physical game, or does he play him and risk him missing Wolves and West Ham ,tricky one.I think we will win 3 1, with Wilf on the bench

After what happened last season at Everton (I’ll never forget the hostile atmosphere - first ground I’ve ever been to that I was relieved to lose and get out in one piece), I would be delighted for us to win this game.

I predict 2-0 Palace

Everton are woeful. Avoid giving away free kicks so Dyche can get his team humping it into the box and we will be OK. Hopefully Leicester will turn them over, would love to see them go down.

They are also without Andros Townsend as well at the weekend, which is a pity. I cant have the usual bet with my son about him cutting in on his left and launching one into the upper tier of the Holmesdale - Shame!

That's a good shout. Hughes in for him.

As for Everton, as has been said they are very poor, lack confidence and will be pooing their pants coming to SP with our attacking flare. I expect a very physical game with a number of yellow cards as they try and stop us from playing. But we will have too much for them. Another 2-0.

Doucoure and Onana out for them. They are weak as a kitten in the middle of the park.

3 nil Palace

I hope we aren't going to attack them with flares.

Hopefully, our flair players can do the job for us.

We will create chances, have shots on target, but cannot get the ball in the net. Mostly due to Pickford is MOTM - Everton to win 1-0 courtesy of a CLKlein goal...

Start the game with the same intensity as we did at home to Leicester and we will win 3-0

And the fans providing the same atmosphere which was fantastic and the best I’d heard for some time. There was a genuine feeling of willing our players to win the match.

I was surprised at the Gordon move to Newcastle, Everton have not been the same since.

It may be boring but its essential that we do not lose, and keep our 9 point advantage.

Or is it, and there is always the vile VAR which can go against you.

Back to the drawing board.

Provided we win, picking Dacoure doesn’t matter. 3 points more and we are staying up for sure. If he gets a yellow then Hughes, Lakonga, Macca or Luka can come in without a worry if we then drop points without him. Let’s get 3 points and worry about who plays in place of him in the next two :-)

Oh to be a Palace fan. Just about every post expects the worst AND predicts the win.
