I don't know about any trouble outside ground but it kicked off inside the ground after kick off due to people turning up only to find that the hf had taken their seats AGAIN! I was near the area and it seemed like normal fans rather than trouble makers that were getting annoyed as just couldn't sit in the seat they had booked. I'd be quite p1ssed off too if i'd turned up to only to find their drum was where i was meant to be sitting (as it took up 2 seats in front of the drummer). Absolutely NO respect for fellow supporters and I for one would be in a steaming bate voice growling with hot-boil bile.

It’s absolutely embarrassing. I would wager a large sum that there are preschool nurseries up and down the country where incidents have been more violent. I really hope one day these groups get a proper kicking so they can then have the epiphany that ‘this isn’t for us’. Imagine having a handbags fight with your own fans away from home. I know it looks embarrassing , but I also think it’s hilarious to a degree , maybe I’m just a bit mental but I think it’s just palace and if you’d seen twitter over last few days with fans offering each other out all over the place it was no surprise to see this happen

I might throw myself into the equation like one of those wrestlers who makes shock appearances. I’m going to design my own mask, costume and have my own catchphrases like ‘bone-scminginling’.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

I've sacked off the away games after going to a few last season and not enjoying the generally c***ish behaviour of a section of our fans. They were mainly young but a few faces old enough to know better. One of the games was Saints away. Had decent seats right behind the goal but next to the Saints fans. Group of youngsters made their way over to some of the empty seats around us spent the whole game having a verbal pop at police, stewards, Saints fans and barely watched the football. It was incredibly tedious and pathetic and took a fair bit of gloss off Zaha's injury time winner (for this old fart anyway) which they celebrated wildly despite most of them not actually seeing it. Not many were dressed in black but most seemed to think they looked the part with their jeans around their knees.

Last year at the Saints game a guy behind me was slagging off Eze the whole game. I turned round and reminded him he played for us and he might like to give it a rest. I thought for one moment he was going to launch at me but when he realised I was with a group of lads he shut up. 3 minutes later Eze scored and I turned round and he was gone. All a bit bizarre.

I’m not sure able to post screenshots let me sort what I’m doing today and I’ll post a few links of what happened the other night on twitter , it’s gone down as “palace heritage” and it was amazingly funny to be fair , a few of us got involved just as a joke and was having banter but there was serious argueing some bloke was saying that his bird gets passed around like a Wi-Fi passcode etc

Rachid. Just seen your post. You must of been sitting right by me as those you refer too were a few rows behind us. I wondered if I was just being an old whinger but it sounds like it stuck in your mind as well ? I considered moving but stood in the middle of them all on principle really.

Good for you and the rest of us Rachid. I’d reject any inclination to make space for them. The closest I’ve seen to anything resembling this was Newcastle away in the cup this year. There were a few Scot’s in there two with the young lads which I found bizarre but intriguing. After the game a few were having a pop at the stewards and police on the way out and I had a sincere pop at a couple of groups who walked away muttering under their breaths like 12 year olds which was embarrassing as they looked at least 14 years old to me.

Fair play mate you're braver than me. Newcastle away is a good effort any time let alone in the week. I wonder how some of them find the dough to get there or whether they just jib it.
