Try not to land on any of us then!

Actually, really hoping/praying this is just Talks***e BS, strange time to announce it. I can't see Roy keeping us up with the amount of younguns we've now got.

Crystanbul is currently showing on sky sports. Pulls manager of course but Roy in the crowd watching as England manager and Pardew as Newcastle manager. Good for the soul!

So it looks like we have or are just about to appoint a 75 year old whose Premiership Record last season was as follows:

Played: 18
Won: 2
Drawn: 3
Lost:15

Fantastic... Well done Parish and the board for showing absolutely no ambition whatsoever... I'm still praying that this isn't true.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Absolutely disgusted by this. Must admit I've never said a bad word about Parish and have only ever praised him. Hes obviously an extremely clever bloke but hes just made this club look an even bigger joke than it already does. Pathetic, can it get any worse?
I just hope I'm made to look like an idiot with this post but I can't see it.
This is the lowest point since we've been in the Prem.

I'm not a huge Roy fan. Roy's last season here, the football was painful to watch. I was happy when PV took over, and had success last season.

That being said, our only goal right now is to avoid relegation and live to fight another day. I don't think there is anyone out there who would give us much more of a chance than Roy at this stage. We only have 10 games left. Roy knows our players. He knows everything about our club. Our squad is arguably better than the last squad he managed here. All he needs to do is average 1 point per game, and that's probably enough to stay up.

True, Roy was terrible at Watford, but they were total sh-t. True, maybe Dyche would have been better, but that ship has sailed.

Roy is the safest bet right now. Let's make the best of it, and support the club 100%. Next season we'll have a new manager, whether we stay up or not. And the board should be sobered by the results of their inaction this season.

2020 Feb. (Van Aanholt) Palace 1 - 0 Newcastle

What a sad day, only possible in Palace. But, if it's dusted and done, let's get behind the team (and Roy) and be the 12th player. With ten games to go, no room for foolishness. It is what it is...

This is just like a bad dream. I can't believe what a shambles this club is. Could this really happen to anyone else, anywhere?
