How would the dastardly English toffs like it if the positions were reversed and it was the Scots blocking the English parliament?

The issue is minor but the principle of non-interference over 35 years now binned.

The SNP could rule for a thousand years at this rate.

I'm not sure some people understand the concept of devolution as opposed to independence. Devolved government can always be over turned by the state just as a local council decision can be over ruled.

That said I think it was the wrong tactic they should simply not recognise this law outside of Scotland.

I thought this thread was about that female comedian with a disability that is always on TV now.
My missus asked me what the hell was going on when she was on tele.

What if it’s a Scot in England though or a Brit in Scotland.
If this was allowed it would have been legal all over the uk for the above reason.
That’s how I read it.

"Toffs ", " issue is minor "

WTF are you drivelling on about.

Don't let facts and common sense get in the way of your silly posts.

I would be more than happy for Scotland to be off the UK payroll.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

What is the definition of a Scot? Presumably someone who is entitled to vote in a Scottish election or referendum.

Can you imagine the legal and social issues if thousands of people
start claiming gender change recognition in the UK because they have a piece of paper from Scotland.
