Everything points to a comfortable win for United and I think predicting otherwise would be blind faith. However, something in my tarot cards tells me we might see one of those unbelievable 'how didn't they win games?' and we cling on for dear life for a 0-0.

Little chance of us scoring and could be overrun. Left out in the cold again (literally)!

As a ‘defender’ Tomkins like AWB is decent one on one but if PV expects him to be a Luke shaw type then it won’t happen. Some players cannot adapt so why PV expects this I don’t get. Change the style to suit the player. Ten Haag has so why can’t PV.

That question answers itself

And break out and get a winner in the 97th minute

It depends on the team starting the game. If I see Ayew and Schlupp entering the pitch to start the game, I fear the worst. Play the team that finished pretty good at Stamford Bridge - still zero point.

My go-to is to say 0-3 and fear even that may have been a blessing if we reach there before 60 mins.

0-0 at HT and I may start to believe but I am starting to think a goalless draw is our best hope. Was similar under Hodgson but at least that was the game plan.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

3-1 to Manure. Whilst we played well against Chelsea they were not in a rich vein of form. Manure on the other hand are going through a purple patch . I fear we will be no match for the extra quality Manure possesses.COYP

Home league games the trend is 0-3,0-4, so I guess 0-5.

Hard not see past a comfortable 2 nil win for them.

Come 7pm if I see Schlupps name on the team sheet I am going home to bed. I can’t take much more of the pain.

Sadly i think we will be humiliated, after their first goal our heads will drop with no fighting spirit, and at the the end, PV will have the same smile on his face as he did when he shook Contes hand after the 4-0 loss to Spurs

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

If PV is still the manager and he still picks the same side in the same formation 0-50.

If we can get a new manager like Klopp and a load of new players by tomorrow morning 25-1

It would be interesting to see how quickly Klopp could instil his brand of high press/ high activity football on this "least ground covered" Palace side
