Bigger clubs with more money, and sugar daddies dont have to balance the books, Textor is worth 27m, our main beneficiary and major shareholder, Stanley Kronke Arsenals major share holder is worth 12 billion, Chelsea s Boehly 5 billion not to mention Newcastle and Man City, 130k a week, and 10m fee is a pittance for them

Also, Textor is worth a hell of a lot more than £27m - his stake in our club alone is a reported £87m and his net worth is estimated closer to $250m.

When you consider the situation, clubs are likely to do a deal starting next season. They are unlikely to pay us 10 mil in January. So it seems that Wilf will be here until the end of the season. Whether he will be happy about that I don't know. Depending upon the extent of the Jesus injury at arsenal I could see them coming in with an offer... they'll probably start the bargaining at 1m... I'd take 10m plus Reiss Nelson.

Agree about Textor, not sure of his personal wealth but it seems he has some very wealthy “backers”

For me it would depend on the potential player we could get in to replace Wilf . If we could get in someone with say the qualities of Sarr for 10 mill and wages of 80 to 100k per week then i would let Wilf go . He has been and still is a quality player but he would want 10 mill signing on fee plus 150k per week at least for him to stay with us. IMO

i also think our Key players are Eze, Andersen, Olise, Guehi and Doucoure, its more important to keep that 5 than Wilf,

IMO Sarr is not as good as Wilf and would cost closer to £40m than 10. That's really the point I'm trying to make - similar clubs to us spend tens of millions trying to find the sort of output we get from Wilf and still don't manage it. The idea that we can replace his quality with £10-20m to invest is fairy tale stuff.

I think those 5 are hugely important to retain for our medium term future but I think Wilf is still our 'best' player at the moment.
