This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Go to westminister bridge Eagleman next time- the queue extend the whole bridge- and book in advance if need be- theres lots of joe public winging it when they know of a freebe, so perhaps the booking is the only way- unless you are an old chap with a beret- walking stick and medals, that should suffice as proof!

Unfortunately not so now Teddy- just when I might be needing them - and if theres a train delay or its peak time- they can x10 the normal fare, and do!Supply and demand at it"s finest- but good luck to them- society is all about greed now so everyone should just go for it- if you cant afford it- don"t buy it!Nobody shopuld do anmything on the cheap these days- if it"s good enough for the merchant bankers- its good enough for all!

You are probably right Eagleman- a young looking vets not going to get much joy except on that Sunday- but any old chap in beret and medals would get a free lift by most taxi drivers all year round, just like the pensioners, but younger blokes probably not.
