In what way? Since the amount of contact allowed has been increased he doesn’t pick up the fouls he used to get and spends more time on his backside than anything else. He doesn’t score goals and he doesn’t create goals. He gets stuck in, but he is not really on the pitch for that. Anyway, that’s an argument for another day COYP.

It was Ayew's play that led to the two set pieces from which we scored against Citeh.

If we lose it'll be because Newcastle were "magnificent".

I thought he was good against City. I can't remember why. But I vaguely recall a couple of instances where he fashioned an opening and Eduard just wasn't on the same wavelength. Admittedly I have tried to delete all memory of that game.

How many more games will we see Schlupp, Ayew and Ward in the line up?

Did the team go out drinking last night? We need to wake up and start competing or we'll lose this. No one playing well so far.

How do you know? I can't find a commentary - let alone video - anywhere.

I admire Schlupps effort and application and Ward has been an absolute warrior and legend for the club…but we desperately need upgrades on both.

Schlupp can be a half decent sub but in the Brentford game last week it was so blatantly obvious that we needed Gallagher or Jimmy Mac in the centre of midfield alongside Doucouré.

I like Ayew and think he has been excellent for us. I would love him to score more goals though.
