Its discrimination. We are told not to see colour, unless its white, then we can ignore you.

Its this type of action that turns people against the agenda.

The fire service is the same as the RAF.
I know from a high up there that they are given targets and if you are a young, fit, white male you are in a very small pool - maybe only 25% of of the total being looked at.
Given that the majority who apply are in that 25% bracket many are turned down very quickly - not even spoken to.
In the past the fire service didn't do recruitment drives very often whereas they are now doing a lot more because many of those that they pick are unable to get through the training.
Many able bodied firemen and women are pulling their hair out at the situation.
Utter madness and positive discrimination.

In the current climate the traditional reaction to illegal activities is on hold.

If the narrative is woke then the illegality is not really that much of an issue.

In the real world crime is not investigated but non-crime, legal activities attract a squad of thought police .

We are at a tipping point of society going into a permanent state of madness with institutions such as the military, the police, the fire services, the civil service ignoring legality and merit.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
