They ended up emailing me the barcode for the next 2 home games so that I could get in through the turnstiles whilst I waited for them to send me the season ticket on card to my home address. Also I had to go to the box office in person as they didn't reply to my emails. If you want my advice then I wouldn't mess about. I would go in person and don't leave until the matter has been sorted. I know it's a pain but thee last thing you want is risking not getting in on Friday.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

This issue came up last season with my then 16yr old son and they eventually sent a plastic season ticket card. If I were you I'd get them to email you an e-ticket you can print off for Friday and stay on the phone to them until it appears in your in box.

I had the same forbidden message. Got a call back and they emailed me a link to download the digital season ticket. All working now.

Same issues here. I had a query over my nephews gold membership, called in the morning and held for 45 minutes! then tried again in the afternoon and held for 55 minutes. Just as well I could continue working whilst on hold.

No feedback from Box Office or 'Customer Services' on what the contingency arrangement is for those who have paid for a season ticket but not received it by Friday. Silence is just plain ignorant and the brinkmanship is wholly unecessary from a club that says it values its supporters!

I can see Friday being the same cluster f as the first couple of games last season. My NFC has never worked. Always used the QR code to get in.

What a horrible experience having a season ticket these days. I have 3 tickets for me and 2 boys and none of us can access tickets. My old nokia phone doesn’t NFC and my boys don’t have phones yet. No one answers Box Office or call backs. Thanks Parish for making the whole experience utterly miserable
