Addicts. Literally addicted to the buzz of protesting. With the climate offering the perfect issue for them. Gives them purpose, generating a huge dopamine hit. And the reason they target the general public is that they, like almost all people involved in 'Green' politics, hate people. See humanity as a virus, destroying the natural world. Believe, to a man/woman/it/thing, that less people is a good thing. Hence the more peoples lives they can impact in a negative way, the bigger the kick. And if their victims are chavs, the unthinking masses, who drive the demand for budget airlines and love their cars, then all the better. The great unwashed. Deserving of nothing more than their scorn. The evilest, in the literal sense (anti-life), group in politics today. I agree with your sentiment, they enjoy disrupting lives. Any lives except their own, which they feel is owed to them as they protest about others. However, they are probably correct about the bit in bold.

No. Not at all. But this idea that people are a virus, the problem and that if there were less of then that would make things better is absolute nonsense, at its very best. And downright genocidal at its worst. When Greens disrupt a motorway or an airport they do it because they want to deny you your freedom to travel. To limit you. To keep you contained. f***'em.

"Disrupting public services is a good thing, because it gives maximum impact, and likely good media coverage for our cause, to raise awareness" And also it gives the maximum chance of protesters getting their faces on the internet and news coverage, so they can spread on social meeja, and say "look at me and what i done. I disrupted traffic so badly, it caused a local smog alert. well done me !" A bit like a couple of cyclists on winding country roads, taking the moral high ground about their carbon neutral transport, ignorant of the 5 mile tail-back behind of tractors, buses and lorries, causing much more pollution. There was a Sectarian bloodbath in a Church in Nigeria. Many Christian people shot dead by Islamists. In Ireland, our genius President attributed the blame to Climate Change. Edited by PalazioVecchio (11 Jun 2022 8.19am)

I have to strongly disagree with this re. population. The growth of the human population is unsustainable. If we carry on then very soon nature will reduce our numbers for us, unless putin does it! Something to think about below. It took around 30,000 years for the human population to reach 1 billion, around the year 1800. In the last 12 years the human population has INCREASED by 1 billion!!!!!! In years to come our descendants will be fighting to eat and breath. We show no sign of doing anything positive.

And that is wonderful. A sign that we are an incredible species. Able to adapt and improve. People live longer and have safer lives than ever before. Why are you so down on humanity? We have barely touched the limits this planet can support with comfort. Are there questions about how we can live together as this state of affairs comes about? Absolutely. And will some of it get messy? Again, 100%. But so what? That is just how we are. Order follows chaos follows order. The way of the world. The Greens are essentially an anti-people movement. Scratch the surface and you discover just how foul their real agenda is. Effectively genocide. And why they target people they genuinely hate. Utterly loathe people who just want to enjoy what all this progress has bought about. Budget airlines and the combustion engine have improved the lives of billions of people. Burning fossil fuels saves more lives than any medicine given the huge improvements in communications they have bought about. Would it be for the best if we developed new forms of energy creation? 100%. Would happily support any truly constructive approach to that. But these freaks don't want that. They want the likes of us to be back to the condition of Serfs with them as our overlords, dictating how we live our lives. Nah. Scum of the earth.

In the year 1800 we had cattle and live stock in the 100 thousands and that included buffalo in the USA. Now we have 1.5billion plus cows. 1 billion sheep and 1 billion pigs. They all produce massive amounts of Methane. We only have that many because there are so many of us. The truth about methane has been kept on the down low because its difficult to tax it! CO2 levels since the year 1800 have increased 40%, Methane 700% in 1800 the biggest source of methane was termite flatulence. That is well down the list now. Add natural sources and man made sources and its a run away train. Methane is 25 times per molecule more effective as a green house gas than co2!!!! Scientists have been barking up the wrong tree for decades just to keep their funding. Any scientist who said that was call a crackpot and shouted down. Now the chickens have come home to roast and they are s***ting themselves.

Forget tatoos. Forget protests. If people really want to be a rebel in this modern world then eat steak. Fried in lard. Reclaim who we REALLY are. Go fully Carnivore. Or die. Eating lentils with the occasional 'treat' of a burger made from insects. But only once a month and only then if you have been a good citizen.

That's a 8 fold increase in 200 years. In terms of sustainable energy what better than capturing methane and using that to produce energy. Paddy fields in china produce a huge amount of methane.

You do often seem to need something to latch onto, in an 'they're out to get us' or 'this is the final straw' sense. I think that's just how you function as a human being rather than an accurate appraisal of those you critique. There are those at the extremes of course, as with anything but most belief systems, including this are a broad church, rather than everyone foaming at the mouth.
