Kane was offside, dodgy penalty.

Yep, big money on 1-1 I reckon.

I was ready to moan but meh!

Very good penalty once again have to say.

Well taken but let’s see if they talk about it after because unless I missed something, Kane was a good half yard offside.

tv studio in Ireland. 2 pundits. 1 Eagle. Damien Delaney - Cork's finest TV football pundit.

They reckon England got out of jail there.

Very fortunate draw. Hate to say it, but Germany the better team.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

They were, we looked far more reminiscent of England sides of yesteryear.

If a silver lining can be put on the last two games, both looked very much like an England side who’d far rather be on a beach than playing football. A criticism in itself I’m sure, but I do anticipate better come the real competitive tournament.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

This tournament brings a whole new meaning to the word 'drab'.

Harry Maguire , not fit to wear the England shirt either. He seems to have got 'unlucky' again.

To be fair, it's better than watching a friendly match.

Marginally.

I didn't think it was too bad a game. Poor marking for their goal. Offside but a penalty - always some controversy in England v Germany.

Was mostly drab by England apart from the last 15/20 mins.

Southgate needs to find a way to get better attacking football out of his starting XI. I have to say Mason Mount is anonymous in an England shirt whenever I've watched him.

Feel for the likes of Abraham and Gallagher who don't get any game time!

First time for ages I have seen a starting team numbered one to eleven. Have to hope that Mr Southgate is not thinking that he has found his starting eleven.

I went looking for a bit more information on this Nations tournament, I see we are in one of the A groups, ( A-1,2,3,4) there are also B, C & D groups so if we are thinking that the A Group games are drab imagine what it must be like playing in those lower groups.
