It would be the ultimate punch in the face if Benteke plays next season with the word 'cinch' and all it's connotations emblazoned on his chest. Asides from that quite like it. Might try and use the ST for a discount on a new motor.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

I know very little about the company as I always turn off their ads because,I too, find this bloke hard to look at and listen to. But, as eagleman wrote, at least we've moved away from a betting company. I can imagine, and hear in my mind, some pretty juicy chants using the sponsors name. 'Scoring's a cinch!' etc. What I'm now keen to see is the new design. Personally, I thought our last (current) strip looked terrific and would like us to keep it. But I guess these days, that'll never happen. I agree with you about last season's strip, it was a different take on the red and blue strips which worked well. I know the club makes lots of money from the sale of new kits but I'd prefer they change the kit every two years. Maybe change the home kit one year, then the following year just change the away strip, and so on. Saying that, changing the sponsor on the front of the kit throws a spanner in the works to my idea!

I was once in the hardware store in Mayplace Road East. I was wearing my yellow Palace shirt with the 'Virgin' logo. An old bird said to the proprietor: "Look, there's the only virgin in Bexleyheath!". "Ah, yes; very good" said I (choosing to refrain from pointing out that in fact we were in Barnehurst and not Bexleyheath). Shortly it could be: "Look, there's the only cinch in Bexleyheath!", which is not much better. My only consolation is that the hardware store and indeed the old bird are no doubt long gone.

Please promise we won't have that ghastly Cinch advert character who pronounces Britain 'Bri-un', referring to us as Cryssal Palace

Cinch. Their adverts feature that repulsive and odious creature Rylan Clark-Neal. Has there ever been anyone who looks more like a waxwork dummy than he?

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

He's more suited to Brighton TBF.

I read/heard somewhere that he's in hospital due to a breakdown. Not sure how true this is tho . . .
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |
