So in his press conference today Lampard says we are really good opponents. No mention of us being an average side scoring average goals - funny that!

Yes Lampard very complimentary about us! I think he has had time to reflect on the that 4-0 FA cup defeat, and realises they were well and truly battered!!

I used to like Lampard as a player, but there's something about his whining, attitude, rough tactics, criticism of referrees and his own team that I find a tad objectionable. He has clearly encouraged the team to 'get stuck in' and their collection of red cards bears testament to that. For this reason and their very precarious position I think it'll be a nervy affair, but, after our typical shaky start, we have the flair to avoid their bullying and claim 3 points. It will be what pundits like to call an ugly win (for us).
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

I just think they will want it more than us and that will be enough. 2-0 to them

This could be fun . . . Anthony Taylor is the ref, Kevin Friend is 4th official & Mike Dean is VAR
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Genuinely think Everton's weakened defence will not be able to live with our pace and movement. 3-0 Palace.

Everton have to come out all guns blazing and get a result. We have to be measured and patient and get them on the counter attack. In my opinion the word 'git' is sadly underused these days, so well done for cheering me up!
