Yet another summer transfer window about to open and yet another year where Zaha is said to be leaving . How many more years is this going on for ? I just think he is after more money .

I have a bad feeling they could both leave in the summer, if the 35m release clause is true then i cant see that not being matched, and the Sun (i know) saying this morning Wilf will not sign a new contract, not a appetizing prospect. Bit of advice, only consider believing anything in the papers or click bait websites, if there is direct quote from a player or club representative. Not the musings of a bored hack, dreaming up a story.

On a positive note the less we get for Wilf should he be sold, the less we have to pay Manscum.Utd.

I made my peace with wilf leaving years ago! i thought that game we won 5-3 against bournemouth was his last game. So thee last few years have been a bonus! realistically if wilf runs down his contract he will be 30? maybe 31? who is going to sign him? certainly no top 6 side! and not many mid table sides would either for his wages! If he does not go this summer then cant see him going at all!

He might not be a starter for a top 6 team, but a good 'gamechanger' player to have the in squad. I suspect after the money Wilf has taken over his career, he'd take £60k at week to play a couple of years at Arsenal

I do think if Arsenal did come in for him he would go. especially if they make top 4 this season. Cant see him going abroad at all! Wilf deserves a chance at champions league and I would not begrudge him the chance! I would do the same in his position!

I think he might too; bear in mind that he will negotiate a significant joining fee so its the whole package that needs to be looked at. I think it would be a terrible shame if he left Palace after all he has done; an incredible talent who has made a huge contribution to keeping Palace in the PL over several years - priceless from an economic standpoint. Now he has also added goals to his game and seems to be very well managed by PV.

I think choosing to play for Ivory Coast may have cost Wilf his shot at the big time. Gareth would have come calling at some stage and a couple of decent performances for England would have seen his stock rise considerably. Sometimes it’s not always brighter taking the alternative nation route.
