Agree with the above.

Kouyate has to be there for me, as does Gallagher. Of the rest, I still love JMac unconditionally so happy for him to pop in there. I'm not entirely convinced there's any place for Schlupp there, seems like another failed attempt to put someone with multiple assets into a defined role. Seems he's a hexagonal peg for either a square or round hole. Hughes a more defensive option if needs be and Eze still not quite 100% for my eye.

It's been mentioned numerous times across several threads but I'd like to see midfield recruitment in the summer, with yet another year looking for a RB and CF. At keast it only took about 5 years to find a decent GK.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

McCarthur, Gallagher and Kouyate in the middle for me.

Lacks any creativity, but that is obviously what you want

Were you going to insist on Eze being in there? You definitely inferred that didn't you What a shock!

In the past Jesse Marsch has deployed a 4-2-2-2 formation.
In Leeds' last 2 away games, they have lined-up in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
We will of course find out what formation they deploy on Monday.

Schlupp was a disaster playing as a defensive midfielder. Much better when he can push up the field.

My lineup:

Guaita
Clyne, Andersen, Guehi, Mitchell
Gallagher, Kouyate, McArthur
Ayew, Zaha
Eduoard (although will likely be Mateta)

We will need a lot of speed to keep them at bay.

Whats that got to do with Rak-Sakyi

Don't agree at all.

Creativity is what we lack and you won't get it from Kouyate. Much prefer to have Hughes back as at least he can pass the ball.

But, if it is Gallagher, Kouyate and McArthur then we need some magic from Eze linking with Zaha to provide a result.

Still, knowing the manager he will find places for Schlupp and Ayew and we will lose.

Oh for a Christian Eriksen or even Barry Bannon ..

Spot on i.m.o. Gallagher plays at his very best with Jimmy M starting alongside.

Gallagher has only 6 more games to play with us , then goodbye forever i think should make the most of it while we have him .
