Last chance for silverware this season for them. Tuchel will throw his best team at us and try to use last night's effort to his advantage. Worried nerves will also play a part. We looked really nervous against Everton in the opening minutes. If we start like that a better team will put us to bed in the first 20 mins. My head is saying 2-0 to them, early goal and another mid second half. My heart is going for a nerve wracking 2-1 to us. COYP !!

Without Gallagher, and probably Olise, it is hard to see us winning when missing two of our best players even against a battle-weary Chelsea. But, usually, class tells in the end and they have more of it - in spades. An improvement on the two 0-3 league defeats will be progress and if we put up a spirited performance maybe, just maybe, we could spring a surprise.
Man and boy Palace since my first game in 1948 sitting on my dad's shoulders |

IF the ref is decent and plays it well then we have a decent chance of winning but, I would want a strong side with at least 10 out of the usual 11. Not disagreeing as such, but we didn't have Ian Wright available against Liverpool in 1990....

The pressure is far greater on them. Palace team will be well rested. Form has been good, hiccup at Leicester apart. Brentford smashed 'em. Wilf may put on a show. The ONLY fly in the ointment is that they are the better team.
I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything. |

They'll be tired but 100% up for making the final IMHO, based on last nights result. To that end, I can't see anything other than an accomplished 0-2 win for Chelsea. Just enjoy the day out and anything else is a bonus eh!

Palace win 11-10 on penalties. Guaita with the winner after Keppa misses. All this after a 4-4 draw.
