Unsure why the lad on the phone said I had to collect from Selhurst then.

I hope this is correct, as it is a lot easier for me.

I went into BO and was told the £2.50 is indeed for postage. So being sent.

I did ask if the guy was absolutely sure they’re being posted, he went and checked and said yes definitely

As an FYI - for standard tickets/non-singing section there was a £2.50 booking fee per ticket as well as a £2.50 postage fee for the full order.

I purchased 5x tickets @ £45 each. There was £12.50 in booking fees (£2.50 per ticket) and then a £2.50 postage fee.

If you've only paid one lot of £2.50 Id be surprised (and possibly a little annoyed) that these would get posted out.

My Ticketmaster confirmation states,

"All items will be delivered to the following address unless you have chosen another method of delivery."

It the goes on to list my address,so I assume it will be posted.

Here's hoping.........

When booking did you get an option? I do not recall there being a choice. I have only paid one payment of £2.50 but both tickets in theory would be delivered to me.

No, there was no option to select type of delivery for non-singing section tickets.

Spoke to the yesterday. They were expecting them lunchtime yesterday, apparently. I requested that I collect from BO rather than being posted, as previously requested. Chap said no problem. Confirmation email of this stated Wembley Collect, I rang again and he assured me this meant collection from Selhurst BO!

My previous email stated Wembley post

I can see a massive FA/Ticketmaster fvck up coming. There was a smaller 4 week gap between 1/4 final and semi final. To start with they took a week to decide which semi was on Saturday or Sunday. This normally gets decided within 1-2 days. I expect that was because the semi finals are on Easter weekend with major railway works causing huge issues north of London for one semi final. The clubs have to go through phases otherwise what’s the point of season tickets and memberships and loyalty. The FA and premier league benefit globally off our loyalty. If tickets don’t arrive at homes by the weekend there’s going to be chaos and/or thousands of empty seats, if they can’t email QR codes unique to purchaser.

Agreed. I can’t understand why e-tickets were not issued. Perhaps because ticketmaster appear to have made a killing on postage costs

So having gone in to the Box Office yesterday and been told tickets not arrived but try tomorrow, I had another go

The tickets have arrived, they are 'upstairs with Sam' but I am not allowed to have them

Once those being mailed have been sent, those for collection will then be available. That will be Thursday

That is feck all use to me as I wanted to send some on to friends and family.

This is the usual complete cock up, can you imagine this club running anything that didn't rely upon the unmitigated loyalty you get from supporters. Were it properly commercial it would have gone down years ago.
