My wife found a contender yesterday. She was tidying my office and noticed an unpleasant smell from a corner of the room.
Thankfully, it wasn't the small deposit I could blame on one of the dogs, but a small stack of empty(ish) yogurt pots which was acting as a stratum for an unusually green and pungent fungus. Timeframe-wise, I'm guessing only a few weeks.

 


I disengage, I turn the page.

Not the oldest thing in the house I’m sure, but I’ve got a lot of old comics from the 1970’s, plus football programmes from when I started going in the early 70’s, I’m still drinking from a palace mug from our 3rd division days and I’ve still got a moth eaten old palace towel from the same era, plus several sew on patches and badges
