Another daft Lanzo-Ad starter thread, designed for clickbait attention, But as we are here let's have a quick look:
Eze - pre injury / post injury. I won't be harsh, because we all saw the potential, but it has to be asked will it ever be realised? Nothing so far this season to suggest so, hopefully he will make a full recovery and force his way back into the team. Until then nothing is definite. PV is giving him the time he needs.
McArthur - I strongly doubt that he will be a permanent fixture giving his age and susceptibility to injury at this late stage in his career.
Zaha - Wanted / wants off. Always overplays the situation, thinks he has to do it all by himself. Notably we have become worse as a team since his return. PV's words on the subject recently were fairly clear - "Wilf / team".
Mateta - enthusiastic, yes, improved, yes. PL quality? The forwards don't receive enough decent ball for us to discover.
Vieira - As he's the manager and unlikely to get the sack it's not really possible to comment. I would say however that whilst he emphasised "energy" at the start of the season I see very little of it recently, with the team happy to pass side to side whilst going nowhere.
Room for improvement, some players need to be offloaded, and if there is anything in the kitty, a RB and two midfielders need to be brought in. As priority.

I certainly don't want PV sacked, just stop making so many selection errors

Yet again you are saying that Vieira doesn't know what he's doing.

I think that we need to have a huge banner at games saying "Vieira out - Lanzo-Ad in"

Like your thinking, but the travelling to much for me

perhaps there is room for both. Lanzo can come in as Director of Football and sit between DF and PV. He can then punch up and down by telling both how to do their jobs.

Too much travelling for me

Rubbish, Gallagher is stopping Eze playing

You’re the one talking rubbish, so far Eze looks a fraction of the player from before he was injured, that’s what’s keeping him out of the team, he’ll get there though, bound to take time after a serious injury

At the present moment, i.e. this season, to suggest that Eze, recovering from a serious injury and who therefore needs to be carefully eased back into first team football is being kept out by a fully fit, highly energetic, so far player of the year Gallagher is patently ridiculous. How do you expect to be taken seriously by suggesting such nonsense?
Next season if Gallagher has departed and Eze is fully fit first team selection can be reassessed.

Conor Gallagher is a dynamic and excellent PL player, just wish we could sign him from Chelsea rather than lose him at the end of the season!

We saw last season that Eze was more effective playing in a central position. Whilst it is true that he hasn't yet got his mojo back so to speak, it's also true that he hasn't yet been given a run in that central midfield role. Part of the reason is the presence of Gallagher (who we do need to play for the rest of this season) and part is the presence of Schlupp in recent games.

I will reserve judgment on whether Eze can get back to what we saw in the second half of last season until he's been given a run of games centrally, which may not happen until Gallagher has gone.

A very hypothetical question ; if we had the possibility of signing Gallagher permanently, would you help to raise the necessary funds by selling Eze ?

Eze has been Fully fit for 3 months, and the only real run out he has had was an U23 game, since then nothing, how his he supposed to get match fit if he doesn't play

Not in a million years, Eze is pure class, like Gascoigne, Gallagher is a Lampard clone
