Where is Kouyate?

Hasn't he only just got back from Afcon?

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Vieira said after AFCON that Kouyate wouldn't be back before the Chelsea game. Not injured - just celebrating the moment with a few days off is how I read it.

Olise should be starting ffs

Not at all - it's horses for courses with Ayew providing the bit oomph we will need on the right hand side against a physical opponent. Olise will be far more effective off the bench in this one.

Possibly, but he's been our best player for the past few games and is riding high in confidence.

Agree with you Spider. We fans have to accept that like it or not, Ward is the best match fit RB we currently have. IMO Clyne has shown nothing either in PL games or the U23s to stake a claim. Also as I said a few minu3rtes ago in another post, Ayew will provide that bit of oomph we need against a physical side. Olise will be more effective coming off the bench in this one IMO.

Please could some kind soul post links to the game, for the technically-challenged amongst us?

Much appreciated, thanks.

I would love to know who is on the DF target list for the summer transfer window - given the success of the last one if the next one is anywhere near as successful we will have quite a team next year -

Whilst this is not particularly a Palace Brentford post its quite clear that with the progress that we have made a number of upgrades in particular positions would be welcomed by quite a few of our posters.
