The sooner he goes to Everton the better. Rafa’s days are numbered and Potter is the perfect manager for Everton as he’s a very good coach and will also have a bit to spend. That will then leave The Weed back in the doo doo all being well.

What have you got against Brighton, we need them to stay in the same league as us - it's the games against them Palace fans look forward to.

Hmmm.... there are different types of coaches for different clubs. Potter is a build a philosophy for the long-term type of coach who brings in players he can develop and gives youth a chance. He is not the inspirational kind of messiah who will turn a dysfunctional bunch of stars into a functional unit overnight, and Everton's impatient fans wouldn't give him 3 seasons to sort it out. Even if Everton offered it to him I don't think Potter is fool enough to take it. Unfortunately I see him at Seaweed for several seasons to come.
