Even if you holiday in it for 2 weeks per year, that's a heck of a financial investment. And to get the longterm value you can say goodbye to all your holidays in all the other parts of the world.

many years ago a £1000 portable tower for certain nhs & school contracts to comply with H&S regs.
never used, just put up on jobs(& left up) while we got on with our usual ladder work.
had it about 20 years & managed to flog it for £500 last year (in goodnick)
