what I would like to know is , if a family of 4 two adults and two children of , say 8 and 5 , would they need 4 smart phones to get in ? I believe the detail is sent to to the member that bought the tickets. So even though my son is 25 now, his ticket for the Brentford game came to me as I'd purchased the 2 season tickets together.

"It will either be an e-ticket similar to the Brentford fixture, or it will be a digital season ticket that you will download to your mobile wallet and scan at the turnstiles every home match." Clear as mud. Does this mean they will send us EITHER an e-ticket OR a digital season ticket? Or will they send both and allow us to choose which to use? If they switch to digital season tickets for mobile wallets, then presumably we won't be able to share our season tickets any more. Unless we share our phones as well - or someone can come up with a way of beating their system. What a load of total insane b*llocks all this is! After watching Palace for 65 years, I am close to chucking it in. How I hate them for putting us through this crap.

The whole thing is a complete and utter farce. There was nothing wrong with the card system, covid, government and the prem league are just excuses to move to a more intrusive tracking device. Lets all bombard Parish and Co with complaints every week until this is changed. Just sent my first one to the customer service email address.
I am enjoying being back at Selhurst and having a beer with my mates just like we have done for the past 40 years. Through Thick and thin we stick with our club. Not chairman, players or managers, OUR CLUB! |

Do the powers that be at Palace have any idea how angry, and frustrated many Palace supporters are, at their total incompetence, and disregard for the folk buying season tickets, and in general, those trying to gain entry to a football match at Selhurst Park ?

Well, from the information released by CPFC this morning,it only shows how to download Spurs tickets to a smartphone. They make no mention of those of us without a smartphone.and before anyone has a go at me,yes I do have a mobile phone but it is not a smartphone, just a phone to make calls on. So,now after 60+years as a supporter, and as a ST holder,I am now being left behind. SO SAD.

If they really wanted to introduce the QR code / scan system they could have embossed it onto new plastic cards & issued them - couldn't they ? Originally posted by bicycle repair man

Somebody showed me a message from CPFC Customer Support that says; "For season ticket holders who do not have a smartphone please email boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk with "no smartphone" in the subject line, and all your relevant details in the body of the email, as soon as possible. I emailed them this morning, haven't heard anything back yet.
