I bought a Catering Trailer from Newport in the mid 1980s. I've been to away matches there. Coach got bricked, attacked several times. There is a WWII shanty town too, presume it's still there. Asbestos and corrugated iron sheds for houses. In short, don't bother unless much improved.

Record number of applicants this year. Stirling is a lovely place, famed for the bravery, stoic determination, integrity and morality of William Wallace. I have spent time in the area and the people there now are great too. Doesn't remind me of HOL at all.

Can we crowdsource the building of a Cathedral in Jaywick so that it can become the new City of Culture?

If you try to be amusing probaly better if you put something like 'I AM TRYING TO BE AMUSING " at the end of the post. Originally posted by Wisbech Eagle

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

While it's tempting I don't post at WE anymore. I just get too angry. Probably the Stirling genes.

You might just find something either amusing, or even illuminating. Prejudice is never instructive. Edited by Wisbech Eagle (23 Aug 2021 9.52am)
