Puncheon against Utd in the cup final was magic. I remember standing in shock as everyone else around me went ballistic.

I don't think I'll ever get over not managing to win that one!!

Not the best, but certainly favourite - the Roger Hoy header.

Plenty of great moments already mentioned, and Kevin Philips pen in the play-off final deserves a mention as I had driven up from Newquay for the game with my eldest (poor planning on the holiday front). I am not sure I could have stomached the drive back if we had lost.
Doris scoring up at Carlisle in a 4-1 defeat in the early 80’s and 100 there doing the conga around the terrace. Clearly not the most important but a moment that has always stuck in the memory.

Lee and Ambrose at Hillsborough stand out for me for obvious reasons.

Gayle against Liverpool - twice.

Butterfields perfect hattrick.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

Ambrose goal.
Also a goal from John Hughes many decades ago - against Sheffield Utd - see [Link] (12:32)
And all the goals from Palace 5 - Man Utd 0 many years ago, which no Palace fan should miss: [Link]

Wilf’s bullet into the top of the goal in the 3-3 draw away at Hull in December 2016. Made the grim walk back to the station bearable.

Loads of good ones already mentioned - Wilf at the Amex would be my pick I guess. May have been watching too much When Eagles Dare of course

Just add Ayew against West Ham in the WTF category.

Jim Cannon v Ipswich in the old first divsion 1979. Also, Dave Swindlehust scored a fantastic angled volley in the same game at Selhurst. We went top that day.

For sheer emotion, Brighty's equaliser v Liverpool at Villa Park in the 1990 FA Cup Semi Final. Never felt such an explosion of emotion from our supporters in my life! Was drained after that game.

Mark Bright’s winner 4-3 against Millwall 1989. A great game and lovely first time strike (let’s the ball run across him and smashes it top corner after a pass from Wrighty) Was standing behind the little wall in holmesdale with my cousin who was staunch Millwall as a pair of 10 year olds the bragging rights were amazing after they had come back from 3-1 down and they loads of their yobs in the home end as usual going bonkers made it so sweet as they folded ( also beat a very good Millwall side on the day tbf with Sherringham, Carter and Cascarino) a lovely little sub plot was Gray and Hurlock kicking lumps out of each other in midfield! Magic day…..

Hopkins must be up there for the sheer importance and timing, great goal to. Have to say all at the semi final v Liverpool, that was a magical day out, Andy Grays? Townsends at city must the actual best goal ever scored technically, he was robbed for the goal of season by Lineker etc. The goal that never was, Clive Allen-at Coventry, ball went in from a 30 yard free kick, in to back of net, came out I think, and game played on? He can also take some credit for the best spontaneous pitch invasion in the Fa cup quarter final at loftus road , celebrating qpr goal in front of 5000 palace fans after running the length of the pitch .That Cannon night in 79 in front of 52, 000 at selhurst was special to be fair!

The Clive Allen one was unbelievable. I was at that game! Found a clip:

Who remembers the Freddie Sears one at Bristol City? I was at that game too! It has to be the worst decision I have ever seen:

As for my favourite, has to be John Salako at Notts Forest, FA Cup 1991. I went to this game too and why I loved it so much was because I had travelled there week before only for game to be called off as I reached Nottingham, and that was the second postponement! When we finally played it made the long journeys worth every minute! Found a clip:

oh happy days...

Some people are like Slinkies … not really good for anything, but you can’t help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.
