Besides he/she should be banned on the minger rule. The well known women's Olympic rule that if you aren't worthy of at least a semi you don't qualify to go.

I'm all for people wanting to better themselves and compete at the highest level, but the biological realities of bone structure, hormones (even if differently regulated by the person now) and the like make this beyond unfair on genetic females. There have been enough issues with drugs diluting achievements in sport, and stuff like this will upend countless records if left unchecked.
