got a nice new peugot partner van now, goes like a rocket

I bet you still treat it like the old vans though!

Full of sh*t in the back!
7,500 old receipts, coffee cups & serviettes on the dashboard!
Not washed since the day you got it!

there's nothing quite like a 20 year old Renault van , previously owned by a bricklayer.

A fella who lived in at Crystal Palace but served clients in West Norwood, South Norwood, sydenham etc.

up and down the hill like a yo yo, every day with a couple ton of bricks.

Only 400 thousand miles on the clock, but most of that was sitting in traffic at Thornton Heath.

Just got it valeted, a bargain.

How about an age related property ??
Cheap to buy in today's market but ground rent and management charges that are astronomical and leases which cost a fortune to extend.

so far.. ive been kind to it.
remove the paint as it happens, seat covers etc but its a slippery slope mate.
it just takes a very busy spell & itll turn into a skip on wheels, looking like somebodys thrown a hand grenade into the back !

and on the subject of weapons. The handgun that Mark Duggan had when the cops challenged him in North London 2011.

Did he buy the gun for just a few quid ? but it cost him his own life. Expensive too.

well then Becky, a decree Nisi or a Decree Absolute can be a few hundred quid for a small piece of paper....

expensive to buy, and an absolute bargain to own.
