There is no way we're going to take Pepe on loan with a right to buy. He cost £70m plus just like we're not going to get £70m for Zaha. I'd make Wilfred see his contract out and let him leave for nought. Players know they can earn more as a free agent now post covid.

One player not mentioned so far is Kyle Bartley from WBA - i like his spirit and our central defence needs some youth adding to it. I also believe he is out of contract at the end of the season. Matheus Pereira is all class but i think he will be out of our price bracket.

All On relegated players I would look at; Robinson - Fulham L/B - very impressive every time I've seen him. Outside of that players from the Championship from teams that may not go up; Olise - Reading - this boy is going to be an absolute star, apparently has an £8M release clause in his contract, at that price would be a bargain..!! Others - on frees Radu - Juventus C/B That's my shopping list - get some of those on board and then we'll be talking..!! But I'm dreaming right..!! COYP

The one player that I think we could really do with is Gallagher. He is a ball of energy and gets up and down the pitch like he has ADHD. I think we need to try and buy him rather than a loan. Post-Brexit it might be that the big clubs try and hold onto homegrown talent over their foreign players though. Fulham have a number of players I'd like at Palace, but many of them don't actually belong to Fulham! I'd definitely have Lookman, Andersen, Robinson, Reed, and Maja looks like a talent for the future. I loved RLC when he was with us before, but if anything he looks worse now than when we had him and still looks very fragile. I wouldn't risk signing him personally.

For me Thauvin... if Wilf goes, he’s a much better player now than he was at Newcastle...high wages though I suspect...Gallagher....like the look of either Urboghide of Sheffield Wed or Sunderland’s Sanderson...both young Centre backs and not hugely expensive....

As for the Fulham loan players, Andersen (unfortunately) will go to one of the big boys unless he stays at his parent club. Would like Lookman and Robinson. Not sure we need the others.

Been reported that Gallagher will be allowed to leave for just 9 mill as Chelsea want to raise funds for bigger name transfers. Sanderson has just suffered an injury that will rule him out for the remainder of the season (Somehow I feel this increases the likelihood we'll sign him given past experiences like Ferguson). I actually rate Sanderson very highly and hear very good things about him up here. But in fairness to the OP neither player is going to be relegated.
