Very sad news but when I heard about his health problems, I feared that his passing would not be long in coming.
A wonderful man who was an inspiration to us all.
My thoughts go out to all his family and friends.

RIP Sir Tom Moore.

When you see a pensioner hale and hearty one minute and dead the next it brings it home to you.

A very long life, that's something.

Top bloke it's a shame he will just become another banner for should have covid-19 vaccine.

This guy did more for moral and NHS that any of this Govt has done (Will he have a statue or something named after him I hope so)

What impressed me about the man was the quiet dignity in which he carried himself.

It wasn’t about him, it was about doing his bit for a greater cause.

Quite refreshing compared to the narcissistic crap we have today, the love island generation, obsessed with selfies and Botox.

Tom made me feel immensely proud to be British, something I hadn’t felt for some time.

Horrible news. A true inspiration. I hope that this sends out some sort of perspective on this horrible virus and gives our government a kick up the arse to rid us of it.

RIP

RIP captain tom.
Give up the politics madcap.
A great human has passed, may we all wish to emulate 1% of his achievements.

Breath of fresh air in these turbulent times, wonder if, as a mark of the nations respect, we could put a picture of him in our windows on the day of his funeral, just a thought
