Actually, according to the Premier League website, last season Zaha made 2 headed clearances and 2 regular clearances in 38 appearances. Fraser made 11 headed clearances and 17 regular clearances in 28 appearances.

Zaha does make more tackles but I think the point is that Fraser is perhaps more useful defensively than you might think.

Thanks. But something is not correct about Zaha. They probably have an error or didn't count the entire seasons and stopped somewhere. You can see Zaha's data misses a lot from Fraser's.

He definitely had more than 2 clearances the entire season, he played in almost every match and defended at every set piece.

Brewster and Eze are kiddies, Fraser is good, but not top class, while Watkins is good, but with a high price for a center forward from the Championship.

While exciting as it would be to watch these kids play and run a lot, it would be a difficult task staying up in the Premier League.

I think 18 million would secure him, cause that's the clause, but it's a question of salary bidding between a few Premier League clubs.

However, 18 million seems huge to me for a Championship player. Patrik Schick is playing in a Champions League semifinal tonight, is the same age as Watkins, and costs 22 million.

As a comparison, you don't even need to look further than a wikipedia page.

Schick has 35 goals in 122 matches in the top leagues in Italy, Germany and for the national team.
