I wouldnt touch any of them with a bargpole. Johnas the lot of them , losers of the first degree ,relegated tossers . Much rather take upcoming talent from the Championship

Players like Watkins (Brentford)or Eze (QPR) should be on the radar rather than players who have proved to have failed in the premier .

I'd like to get some of the players you mention but to overlook players from teams getting relegated would be silly imo. There's always talent to be found.

Liverpool have hugely benefited from this in previous years Wijnaldum and Robertson.

It depends on the cost. Players like Watkins or Eze cost over 20 million. On the other hand, someone like El-Ghazi, Ryan Fraser, Hourihane could be much cheaper. Relegation can rarely be attributed to a player, some are actually innocent of what happened.

While others from thoae relegated team, like Adam Idah or Sam Surridge are simply talents and shouldn be taken while rhey're cheap.

Norwich: I'm not necessarily a big fan of spending big on the 3 young defenders Max Aarons, Godfrey and Lewis, but they are interesting players.
Further up there are Mario Vrancic who is PL quality as central midfielder, Emiliano Buendia who very good, but can only play on the right and is not worth 15-20 million, like they'd demand, of course Pukki who is a decent PL striker, but he wouldn't come cheap and is already 30, so would be a no from me.

Same no for Cantwell (not PL quality yet) or for Onel Hernandez (looks amazing, but few accomplishments).

Adam Idah would be one I'd bid for. At 19 he is amazing.

Aston Villa: They paid a fortune for the central defenders Tyrone Mings and Ezri Konsa and tehy'd want to recoup,so no for them. But central defender Kortney Hause would cost up to 5 million and is pretty good.

Central midfielder John McGinn is very good and will probably stay in the PL,but he is well known and a lot of clubs will bid for him. He also has a contract until 2024, so a high price. Connor Hourihane on the other hand is not that well known and I think that he is a great central midfielder. Less than 3 million should land him, as he is 29 years old and has just 1 more year of contract.

As a winger they have El-Ghazi who can play on both sides and even up front, is very tall and fit and a player I actually like. Couldn't possibly cost more than 10 million.

Bournemouth: of course, everyone in the PL seems to want Ryan Fraser. He is a player I like and who on only 35000 a week at Bournemouth. He will probably settle for around 60-70.000 a week as an offer, which is not very much for what he offers.

I talked before about the left footed winger Harry Wilson and with Bournemouth going down,I doubt they could pay Liverpool their asking price which is above 20 million, even though the lad clearly showed that he a good PL player at just 23 and had a great season as far as I'm concerned. His value will definitely keep growing,so if a settlement with Liverpool could be done at around 15 million, it would be a great deal.

The defensive midfielder Lerma is good, but he cost them more than 20 million so they'd want to recoup and I wouldn't pay more than 5 for a defensive midfielder.

Danjuma Groenveld was also a good player in Belgium, but cost them 18 million and hardly played due to injury this season.

I like John Stacey, the right back, he is young and good for the PL. Wouldn't cost much.

David Brooks is definitely well known, but even though he was injured moat of the season, they wouldn't sell the lad cheap.

Callum Wilson had a lousy season now,but he is a decent forward. However...as far as I know Bournemouth want dozens of million for him and I'd only take hkm if he were free.

Joshua King is not PL quality imo. Sure,a hard working player, but without penalties he'd hardly have goals.

Sam Surridge is a very good young center forward who I'd buy from them for a moderate sum. He will develop further.

So...in conclusion: right back Stacey, maybe a center back but not necessarily (there are some even free at this hour), Vrancic or Hourihane as central midfielder, Ryan Fraser or El Ghazi as winger, Harry Wilson as left footed winger if a deal with Liverpool could be reached, the very ypung Idah or Sam Surridge as center forward, to be loaned out and develop.

That’s exactly who I would go for.

I’m always impressed with the energy from Norwich’s Cantwell plus he seems to be okay on the ball as well as being able to pass it to his own players which seems a problem with our midfielders ;-) He seems a Hodgson type of player as well as being on the younger side which would bring our aging squad down a little? Always annoys the opposition with his tiggerish play as well as opponents fans - think he would be a good fit for us?

I have been in conversation apropos Cantwell in the week.

He is now much more muscle-bound,taller and stronger than he was about 2 years ago.He wasn't as strong and aggressive and have the defensive qualities then as he has now.
He doesn't like heading the ball and said himself he must have the worst technique as it hurts!
Right-footed but shoots with both feet.
I was reminded that he scored against us in the 1-1 draw at Norwich at the start of the year.
Hails from Dereham in Norfolk and has been dubbed the "Dereham Deco" !

He doesn't really know how to play as a winger and would cost a tone of money.

All his youth level he was a defensive midfielder and only this year he pit up some good performances as an offensive player, where every goal or assist added a million to his cost. (In Norwich's estimation)

Of all the relegated teams, I would be interested to see how Bournemouth cope. They have spent a lot of money and their wages are high too. With their reliance on TV money being higher than ours, relegation could cripple them.

They will obviously sell Ake for a decent fee, but I can't see them surviving financially without selling a good 3 or 4 higher earners.

I know this will get ridiculed, but I would be inclined to see if they would go for a loan with option to buy for Solanke. He was poor for most of the season, but let's face it, he'd barely played before this season. The last few games, he looked sharper and scored 3 goals. If you could get him in with a small outlay now and option to buy, it's a small risk for someone that I still think can be a good player.

At the right prices, I'd happily take Ramsdale and Brooks.

As for Watford, I'd take any of Doucoure, Pereyra, Quina, Sarr & Deloufeu but not sure if we could afford any of them.

Norwich, probably only Aarons. Adam Idah does look good but it would have to be the right price as he's still very raw.

I would be happy with any of Bournemouth's 3 strikers as long as it was a reasonable price.

Think we were looking at him previously and Niasse from Everton who is now a free agent. Probably a double swoop

There is no reasonable price for wither of them. All have qualities, but Bournemouth rejected bids of 50 million for Callum Wilson last summer (after that amazing season of him and Ryan Fraser linking up so well) and 20 million for Josh King from United in winter. And honestly, King isn't even that great. Not bad, hard working, but not a great scorer without penalties. Even if his price dropped to 10 million after relegation, I'd choose other center forwaŕds from Europe instead of him.

Solanke...no comment. They want to recoup the 20 million they paid. Good luck with that!!

The only one who would have a decent price is youngster Sam Surridge.

Stanislas and Brooks would both be very good additions. I also think Solanke at the right price. We were right not to pay the fee Bournemouth did - and he will be better for the Prem experience. Now is the perfect time for a young talent to come in - safe in the knowledge that they really can’t do any worse than Benteke. Even 5 goals a season would be an improvement! I reckon he could be a shrewd acquisition.
Deulofeu, Pereyra and Gray at Watford would also be worth a look at the right price.
