Thanks, that is what ive tried but still comes up with a greyed out login when trying to access the refund bit.

I wanted a refund,so 1st time I rolled up a "1" in the Refund box.That didn't work,so next time rolled it up to "4" in the refund box and successful. It would seem you have to put in up to a maximum of 4,so if you want a refund it is 4 in that section.

Thanks all, finally done it, i had to unlink a 6 digit figure next to my name in personal details and then log back in and add the client ref on my season ticket...no idea what the 6 figure digit was but refund completed eventually

Why is it no surprise that once again this is such a load of rubbish. I can log into my account both season tickets are linked, yet when i go to the refund page to select my options (i only want a credit towards future season tickets) i get a login box which is still greyed out....this is sending me bonkers!

And why oh why is the Box Office Phone Number a premium rate 0871 number. No don't answer that I know the answer. Yep CPFC really care about their loyal fans!

I had no problem getting a credit for next season. You have to change the figure on the greyed out box to 4 and its done

So.....phoned the box office....had about a 10 minute wait at 10p per minute (at least proceeds of this charge going towards Palace for Life Foundation) and all sorted in a few seconds by a very helpful young chap. So happy again. Easily pleased. Just so wish they would make their online crap work for everyone!
