Really nice bloke, he used to regale us with Stranglers stories from time to time, but wasn't a "big I am". We were drinking in another local pub one day when he heard the fruit machine play a Stanglers song. "they haven't licenced that". Very funny at the time. Their manager, Sill (sorry, can't remember his surname) used to drink in my local, as he lived in my hometown at the time.
Really nice bloke, he used to regale us with Stranglers stories from time to time, but wasn't a "big I am".

We were drinking in another local pub one day when he heard the fruit machine play a Stanglers song. "they haven't licenced that". Very funny at the time.

I know it hasn't really got a lot to do with Dave Greenfield, but I am bored at work.
