Me and my pal barrowed 14 tonne of type one from my front to back garden a couple of weeks ago. Checked my phone, I’d done 24,000 steps , probably a 3rd of them pushing a wheel barrow. Had a 6 pack of the stubby Heineken cans in the fridge, was asleep before I finished the 3rd. Was f*cked.

This is like Christmas when some people do their only workouts of the year. The advantages of having a gym in your garage. Pandemic proof.

High intensity exercise is what you want to do none of this silly walk so many steps stuff people buy into. The same with things like running long distance all you are doing it causing damage to your body it is unhealthy for humans to do this type of stuff we are not built for it.

Had three weeks off last year after half dropping a barbell on my chest (perils of bench pressing with bursitis in the shoulder and no spotter) and that was long enough.

I think that when you reach the stage that walking causes damage to your body surely high intensity exercise is out too? I like the high intensity stuff as well but the missus is into her boxsets.
