He had all the potential in the world at Liverpool then moved to Bournemouth and can’t get a game for that shambles of a team , says it all really Bournemouth have a reputation for letting players go cheaply that then flourish elsewhere e.g Murray, Mings, Mousset. Shame his surname is not Mibe

To be fair, when we resigned Wilf he didn’t have the best premier league record. Wrongly left out of Utd’s squad then went on loan to Cardiff where he didn’t tear it up. It’s only because we knew what he could do that we bought him back and now look. Sometimes it takes going to the right club at the right time. We do often have a knack for bringing in players who have gone of the boil and reigniting them. I remember Jordan Ibe being touted as the next big thing years ago so I agree there must still be a player in there. We focus on wing play so maybe he could restart his career. If he’s not expensive it gives us cover on the wings so I think it’s a no brainier.

Ibe has never been good, Bournemouth just got done by Liverpool. Look at his stats, 10 league goals in 6 years and 6 of those were in the championship, 13 - 15 seasons. Nothing to do with what club he is at / face fits exetra, he has just never been good. I would be absolutely gutted if we got him. Look at the amount of stick Schlup gets, Schlup is miles better and not even a winger. Next target please!!!

i remember when ibe was coming thru at liverpool he looked quality & full of promise. made the move to bournmouth and for whatever reason it hasnt worked for him there. if hes free (or extremely cheap in this window) he would be worth a go and fits the palace transfer mould. he is still young enough to revive his career, worth a 3 year contract.
