I'm not that sure why you'd hate his politics.

Outside of freedom of speech, liberty and Scottish independence he isn't that political......He gave that up when he decided to stop being a communist.

He's probably the most misunderstood of all of them out there.

Staying focussed for a second, he did a really good standup routine I think you would really like. i cant remember if it was on his channel or somewhere else though

I think that free speach in any society is an illusion and always has been. Under the all reaching umbrella of 'national security' pretty much everything can be censored and sometimes by force.

Agreed free speech has never been guaranteed even though we all like to think it was our right.

Indeed.

However, we know the difference between China and the US.

We are moving more towards China's social credit system than the US's first amendment.
