Trigger is pretty up there.
Father Dougal....and the IT Crowd had epic characters all over the shop.

Arthur Lowe as Captain Mainwaring could make me laugh speaking the weakest material....which I suppose is the greatest test.

Which is funny in of itself as Lowe wasn't an 'haha' actor.....He just suited and played Mainwaring so well.

Quite sad really I think he died of Alcoholism due in part to the fact that he was pretty much typecast

Some of the characters from the Harry Enfield show were funny, the Brummie, Kevin and Perrry, Wayne and Waynetta.

Alan B'stard was good. General Melchett and Baldrick from Blackadder were very funny.
