Yeah, but these activists only care about the lies when the other side does it. Both of them were given jobs by the government is the key. People also say Johnson is unfit...and they are on his side

I certainly live in an alternative universe to you, Hrolf. It's a universe where opinion is evidence Based Yeah evidence based - Woooaaa Crazzy!!!! Its full of stuff like this: and this
So your evidence is left wing articles or "research projects"? I don't know [Link] but you just have to look at the front page to know what way it leans politically. The LSE is well known to be very left wing and you just have to look at the bios of the people that wrote that study. No facts. All bollocks.

What bollox. The BBC spends a lot of time covering royal events because the public like to see them which is hardly promoting deference and as regards deflecting scrutiny of state crimes I already posted a few days ago that I thought that the BBC went over the top in their continued questioning of the Prime Minister as to whether he had an affair with Jennifer Acuri I don't think the MSM's `Man of the People' Boris de Pfeffel Johnson's love life a state crime - unless the population is forced to watch a video of it.

It could be that JC has put himself front and centre to be criticised.

Johnson tried to shut down parliament and took the whip away from moderate Tories. Not exactly a democrat is he.

The press should be disregarded. It is nothing more than a constant stream of conservative party invective presented as facts. Gone are the days when people always had the Telegraph or similar under their arm, that publication has descended into a tabloid right wing rag. The best thing I ever did must be not taking a daily paper, I discovered how to think for myself.

I think you will find a damn sight more facts and evidence in the Telegraph than you would find in the Guardian.

McDonald lied and was happy to give the impression people were being paid. Governments of all colours have asked service of experienced individuals independent of their politics and frankly it's one of the few sensible things done. When it comes to making a morality argument concerning truth telling amongst politicians.....come on, they all do it. As for the criticisms made about Johnson by Hastings....well I think some of them are valid. However, the alternatives are awful.....Plus, Johnson has accepted some of these criticisms and is far more of a team player these days......There are heavyweights like Gove around him.
