Am used to seeing female cleaners in gent's toilets all over the world, which made me wonder if there are actually male cleaners in women's. Somehow I think not.
Guys don't complain but I bet ladies WOULD!

I have had the odd back rub by one or two female workers, and if I behaved like that I would be probably be reported, I have witnessed plenty of females together crommenting how fit a male is when there have been males present, but if a group of men done the same in front of women they would put a dignity and respect complaint in and the blokes would be pulled in.

Seems like women can flaunt the rules but men must obey them...

A chap that was my boss at a hospital I worked at, was regulary 'used' by his older female boss as a younger lad.
He was just out of school & she was 30s at the time.
Basically he was often manipulated into being alone with her & she'd f*** him.
He spoke quiet fondly about it

Kids, tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

For f@ck sake Nicky, I would hardly call ‘the odd back rub by female employees’ sexual harassment!

Was hoping for something a bit more interesting than that. That’s tonight’s w@nk out the window.

It’s probably less to do with nowadays and more to do with the fact you are likely in your fifties mate.

It should be compulsory and written into your contract of employment.

Shame it's the ugly ones that do all the harassment and not the sexy ones.
Anyone asked for photos yet?

I have from both a male manager and a female customer;

Male manager: I was 17 working in a nightclub which was open thurs, fri & sat each week, 28 hours at most. I knew the manager was gay from the start but I thought nothing of it, A few months in I turned 18 so could now work on the bar etc but my hours started to reduce, I considered it being down to business being slow or maybe it was because my wage went up and I wasn't as quick as others on the bar yet, I was fortunate that I still lived at home and for me 2 nights or 1 was ideal as I also refereed kids football. After a few weeks I was given a Thursday shift for the first time in a while, was called into his office and it was told I had to 'work' to get more work, I didn't need the cash so tried to sarcastically shrug it off and made it clear I was happy with only 1 shift a week, but then it went to 0 nights for a while and after that I quit but a few there had moved out so I could only guess how they were getting extra hours, I did wonder at the start why a small nightclub had 3 supervisors (all male).

Female customer: at 19 I started an electrical apprenticeship and I used to get left alone to do Portable appliance testing for a charity shop that sold around 300-400 electrical items per week, it was the main reason he took me on so he could have someone there any day required, so it started with the odd shoulder rub, lower back & hand touching, thought nothing of it and then went onto her confiding in me about being lonely, as the shop/ warehouse was closing one night I was groped and I didn't know what to do as I never acted sexual towards her, do I say no and she says she got a shock off of something I tested etc or do I go through with it? I chose the latter and it resulted in a 6 month fling but I did always wonder how I would of reacted if I was in a relationship at the time.

Made me realise how common it is in the workplace, can be fun & I don't see the issue as long as it's not blackmail for pay/ promotion or one plays the victim if people find out.
