Truly bizarre. Funny though. I have absolutely no idea what category of news that'd fall under tbh

Always nice to see your own team making a positive impact on its local community.

Obviously as a supporter success on the pitch for your team is paramount but seeing your team invest time and money into these kinds of initiatives makes me proud.

There's also a short video on the Palace TV (or whatever it is called) website which gives a brief summary of the range of projects it is involved with. Hats off to all those people involved

Typhoid vaccine 'works fantastically well'

Quote A new typhoid vaccine works "fantastically well" and is being used to help stop an almost untreatable strain of the infection, doctors say.

Cases of the bacterial disease fell by more than 80% in trials, published in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Nine million children are being immunised in pakistan, where typhoid is now extremely resistant to antibiotics.

Precise numbers on typhoid are hard to collect but it affects between 11 and 21 million people around the world each year and kills 128,000 to 161,000.

Yes, a great many of us have or will eventually end up in a medical situation where our lives are either saved or prolonged due to medical advancements or one kind of another. So we should all be cheering this stuff on.

Hopefully it's accurate and not puffed up because I actually quite enjoyed this story.

Sure and equally cheering on AI advancements in robotics....because if even more of us are going to be gerlatric old farts we're going to need that automation just as quickly.

It's almost as important as the sex robots.
