I bet that killed the moment.
Lazy lob dirty dave

poor dave literally had a hole right through his foot.
I dont think it curtailed the proceedings though.
dirty dave was the ort of chap that could be knocked down by a bus , lose a leg & still get wood.
Only time I saw him perturbed was after he'd got a good pegging from a dirty mature barmaid from the cherry trees.

My biggest concern is that it will give the government the ability to completely cut dissenting voices out of the monetary system.

electronic footprints, oh yes, I like this rough sex instead of cash idea though, but it's ok for p&d etc but what about buying a pint of milk, would that be a quick nob fondle or a nipple rub, you need to think these things through it's not that simple

Society will arguably benefit due to increased declared revenue.

I'd expect this response from 'Wisbech' tbh Tom, not you. There'd be absolutely no benefit to 99% of society whatsoever.
Going cashless is more to do with the general push for continued economic control/data gathering rather than for any form of benefit to society, let alone ''progress''. It's a sugar-coated con.
Why so many leave every penny they own in the custody of someone else ie a bank.......a bank that can easily press the 'NO' button (Social Contract misdemeanors?) if it chooses or implements zero/negative rate policy baffles me.

But each to their own

There won’t be any. With the increased revenue from tax collections the government will build thousands of dream yurts for people to live in, playing guitars and singing kum ba yah. It’ll be like Woodstock where some posters apparently didn’t listen to the warnings about bad acid.

I am starting to use cash more now as I feel if cash goes we could loose a lot of freedom, and jobs could be lost, eg, printing money, collecting real money and distributing money.

I think I’ll get rid of my car and buy a horse, help keep blacksmiths in work.

Don't forget that they each get their personal Yoko Ono to bang and Cynthia to beat up.....or should that be the other way round?

And another revenue stream since Cynthia always seemed to unearth another aircraft hangar full of hand written Beatles lyrics whenever she was a bit skint.
