So I'm guessing we'll set up (somewhat depressingly) like this with Ayew chasing defenders down and Zaha wondering around (hopefully to good effect). A few goals have already been scored in PL this season thanks to defenders being hurried when playing out from the back, which is why I imagine Roy has plumped for Ayew over Bentenke. I don't know why Townsend is on the bench as although he was pap last week he is one of our few goal threats and one of the hardest working players. Like many others, I can't work out why Camarasa is not in the fold? Maybe he'll play in the cup on Tuesday with a view to playing against Villa? Schlupp somehow continues to get picked despite only playing about one good game in ten. Cahill has had a lot of press attention since he arrived, so I hope he lives up to his own hype. It's probably been a long time since he has had to adopt a siege mentality for 90 minutes, which is what he'll likely face today. Maybe he'll score on his debut?!

I wasn't hoping for Jimmy mac or schlupp in the team but I actually quite like the changes and set up - esp cahill, kouyate in benteke out - they have 3 in mid so our narrow 4 can shut them out - James v Ward looks tricky but Kouyate cud pop up in fwd positions and do a poor man's feilani to release our marauding two up front, praps?!
