Sexuality parades are for the ridiculous, however it's none of her business. But this kind of thing isn't going away.....it's only going to happen more regularly as 'terrorories' start to rub up against each other.

It’s a load of bulls***. Someone says something offensive and they get arrested? How about just ignoring them for the bellends they are? I hate what they said but I think they should be allowed to say it. I also think the entire crowd should be able to turn round and verbally tear them to shreds for saying it without having to involve the criminal justice system. Freedom of speech and hate crime aren’t comfortable bed fellows. People like that should be humiliated for their comments not arrested.

Freedom of speech no longer exists in authoritarian Britain today.

The irony being that when most people spout off in such an hysterical way most people just walk on by. That appears to be the case here too. From a government perspective they are never shy of having tools at their disposal to lock up or silence or marginalise anyone they want to though. They play all political hues against one another over the decades to achieve these aims, because of course when it's a political opposite many cheer it on. It's very short signed though. It would be better to have suspicion of government policy than fellow countrymen.

It's PC gone mad but it's gotta work both ways or you seeing it different ? freedom of speech works both ways. i may hate what you say, but i will defend your right to say it. Everybody should be free to say what they like (with the exception of incitement to murder or violence). two inflammatory idiots clash on the streets, wardrobe clash malfunction. Nothing to see here. will she be sent to prison and beaten up by rampant gays ?

Another example of free speech gone in the UK... I was reading today about that guy who posted a video of a burning effigy of Grenfell Tower to his friends on a private WhatsApp group faces jail! Charged with 'sending grossly offensive material'. He might go to jail for this. Let that sink in for a minute. Are we living in China or Russia? Edited by Penge Eagle (29 Jul 2019 11.22pm)

Edited by Penge Eagle (29 Jul 2019 11.22pm) That was a stark example. I have two thoughts. 1 - Under no circumstance should he go to jail 2 - It's really, really s***ty to laugh at and mock people who burned to death in a fire. So, I think due to 2, whatever penalty he paid should've been a social cost based on how others may have perceived it, rather than a legal or criminal one. Edited by dollardays (29 Jul 2019 11.30pm)

if they come out they are going to be used for agendas and treated differently. Eventually someone is going to do that anyway but the ghost of Justin is there....I say do what's important to you either way. Probably better to wait till they retire but it's going to happen eventually and hopefully it works out fine for whichever high profile footballer does it and we can get back to football.
