Sure, but the fact is that negative remarks make news (it was ever thus) and 'I've every confidence we'll reinforce' is a mere paraphrased footnote. But it means he thinks the club are working on it, not doing nothing. Roy isn't especially careful when discussing his squad's attributes with the press. He just describes what he sees. And that's the same squad as last year minus a star and still without a scoring striker (plus multiple other issues).
If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities. |
