Aston Villa fans really think Grealish is at the level of Zaha? I wouldn't give more than £30m for Grealish on a generous day and they think he's worth the same as Wilf.. wow

Grealish possesses impressive close footwork, has time on the ball in congested areas and can deceive an opponent with a drop of his shoulder.A clever dribbler and a good runner with the ball but cannot accelerate like some others can over longer distances.Certainly no match for Zaha, indeed defenders would far rather face Grealish than Zaha.

I think Graelish is a fantastic player,would certainly make our midfield better having a playmaker and goalscoring midfielder in it like him.

Unfair to compare him to Wilf as they play in completely different positions.

Watched most of the Leeds v Villa game today. I thought he was pretty average today. If he is a top class player, then he should be difference between the two sides. One thing being a great championship player another doing it in the PL.

I really don't see the hype, especially at what Villa would want for him.

If Villa go up he will stay. If they don't Villa will probably sell but we will not match the highest offer on the table.
He might not be guaranteed regular first team football at Spurs but if they are offering 25m and we can only go to 18m We wont even get permission to speak to him. I would like to sign him but unless our wage bill is reduced significantly we will not be making any big signings this summer.

Depends what you think Zahas level is. Mine isn’t as high as most people on here, consistently.

Being reported today Villa have a 60m buy out clause in Grealish contract.
They'll never get anywhere near that but it puts a big sign up saying no cheapskates or time wasters. We will have to pay huge money to get him and Parish 1. hasn't got it and 2. wouldn't pay it if he did. So its a def no go.
